Company overview

Fox Corporation is a major U.S. media company known for its news and sports channels, including FOX News, FOX Sports, and the FOX Broadcast Network. It also owns Tubi, a digital streaming service. While many companies are shifting to on-demand shows, Fox still does well by focusing on live content that people watch as it happens – like sports and news.

Even though the traditional TV market is facing long-term challenges, Fox has managed to keep its earnings and cash flow steady. This is thanks to strong viewer interest in live events, such as the Super Bowl, and a focus on content that people tune in to watch as it airs. At the same time, the company is growing its digital business. Tubi – a free streaming platform supported by advertising – has recently passed the $1 billion annual revenue mark and could support Fox’s financial results in the years ahead.

Fox’s balance sheet is also in good shape, with debt levels lower than many of its peers. Both S&P and Moody’s rate the company as investment grade (BBB/Baa2), with a stable outlook.
