We use Bondfish frequently for bond analysis and idea generation, and it has become a very valuable part of our workflow. What stands out most is the platform’s intuitive design, especially the bond screener, as well as the thoughtful Top Picks selection. It is clear that Bondfish was built by experienced fixed income professionals who really understand what bond investors need in practice. The platform combines professional depth with ease of use very well.
The paid plan is definitely worth the cost, especially compared with many traditional bond analysis platforms that are often more expensive and far less user-friendly. Customer support is another major strength - consistently responsive, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend Bondfish to anyone who works with bonds or invests in them personally.

At Finanz, we aim to make investing clearer and easily accessible for future and current investors. Bondfish also plays an important role in this effort by giving investors free and user-friendly access to a vast amount of bond market data that was previously fragmented.
What stands out most is the professionalism of the platform. The data feels institutional-grade, yet the user experience remains straightforward. For high-net-worth portfolios, Bondfish.com helps us identify opportunities efficiently while maintaining disciplined risk management.

Yes. Bondfish's Basic plan is free. It gives limited Bond Screener access covering some sovereign and a limited number of corporate bonds, five broker-sponsored Bond Pick reports, the weekly newsletter, and access to our podcast and educational materials. Extended or full access to the bond screener, credit-risk data, bond market research and broker availability require a paid plan.
Bondfish has three plans. Basic is free. Premium is $23.95/month billed annually (or $29.95 month-to-month). Professional is $89.95/month billed annually (or $119.95 month-to-month). Annual billing saves up to 30%. The Bondfish Bond Market API is priced custom.
The Bond Screener spans up to 275,000 corporate, government, and supranational bonds across developed and emerging markets. Access depends on your plan: Basic shows a limited selection, Premium unlocks 60,000 bonds, and Professional unlocks the full 275,000.
The Bondfish Premium plan ($23.95/month billed annually) unlocks 60,000 bonds — including all main corporates tradable through major global brokers — plus bond pages with issuer information, broker availability for each bond, an aggregated credit-quality score, unlimited advisor-selected Bond Pick reports, and a weekly curated bond idea by email.
The Bondfish Professional plan ($89.95/month billed annually) includes everything in Premium plus the full 275,000-bond universe, full credit-quality data, a bond yield calculator, all screener filters, Excel/CSV export, bond watchlists and alerts, and AI tools — an AI chatbot in beta.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Bondfish plan whenever you want. Changes take effect from the next billing period.
Each Bondfish Bond Pick report gives a short issuer overview, the bond's key details, and a plain-language explanation of its main advantages and risks. They're written for non-professional investors to understand a bond quickly. Premium and Professional users get unlimited access.
No. Bondfish is a research platform and does not execute trades. You research bonds on Bondfish, then place orders through your own broker. For each bond, Bondfish shows which brokers known to us offer access to it.
The Bondfish AI chatbot, available in beta to Professional users, answers bond questions, explains key concepts, helps you navigate the platform, and assists in building portfolios from the criteria you set. As a beta feature, it keeps improving over time.
Bondfish accepts all major credit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Bondfish stores no card details on its servers — it sees only the last four digits for reference.
Yes. The Bondfish Bond Market API gives programmatic, JSON-based access to the global bond market. It's built for fintechs, brokers, wealth platforms, asset managers, and family offices to integrate bond data directly into their own analytics, reporting, or trading systems.
The Bondfish API covers roughly 275,000 active bonds — including about 21,000 government bonds — across developed and emerging markets, in all covered currencies. It spans corporate, government, and supranational bonds. Municipal, structured, and non-active instruments (matured, called, or defaulted) are excluded.
The Bondfish API provides bond reference terms and cash flows (coupons, calls, puts, sinking funds), end-of-day prices and yields, an aggregated credit rating, broker availability, and corporate actions. Historical prices and coupon data are included. Sources include ESMA FIRDS, SEC EDGAR, FINRA TRACE, and major European exchanges.
The Bondfish API is priced custom — fees depend on data volume and redistribution scope. Get in touch with our team: we review each request and set up test access. Full documentation and developer support are included.
